Edward Littlejohn is the System COO of Spero Health, an integrated behavioral health company primarily focused on addiction treatment, with 100 locations in 6 states. Ed is responsible for overall operations and de novo growth in all states. Previously, Ed was the System COO of Meridian Behavioral Health Systems and COO of hospitals owned by Tenet Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, and HCA.

Ed holds an MPH degree in Healthcare Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Northridge. Ed is also a board member of KIPP Nashville and Discover Health. He is also an investor in various ventures, including Carbonadi Vodka and Discover Health.

Ed is a native of Los Angeles, California, and now resides in Brentwood, TN, with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
