Thomas Linton is a results-driven executive with over 30 years of experience in driving growth, customer experience, and operational excellence. As President and CEO of Catapult Solutions, he helps businesses generate leads, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. His career includes senior executive roles at AT&T, GE, Bank of America, and DuPont, as well as C-suite positions at Compassus and Laser Spine Institute.

Armed with an MBA from The Wharton Scholl and a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville, Thomas excels in strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. Beyond business, he’s a dedicated community advocate, serving on nonprofit boards and mentoring youth. He stays active with basketball, weightlifting, and yoga. A Louisville native, he now lives in Nashville with his wife, Darlynn, and their four daughters.
